Inspired by the desire to preserve heartfelt words and memories, they created a service that securely stores your personalised video messages and delivers them to your loved ones — often as a touching surprise — after you’ve passed.

We will obtain your methods of contact – email and phone number, and two separate relatives and/or friends contact details for the annual check-in service. We will then send out confirmation of service and obtain authorisation to contact your nominated friends or family members.

Your videos will be stored online Cloud Storage and a hard copy of your video/s will be stored separately on an external hard drive in a fireproof safe.

We will re-try to debit again following month and contact you to discuss. If unsuccessful for a 3rd attempt, all material will be sent back to you and removed permanently from our system.

As soon as we confirm with a family member or friend that you have passed away, video messages will be released, and payments stopped immediately.

Yes, recording of new videos can be completed at any time. When life changes you may want to update your videos. For example, your kids finish school, you reach a significant milestone, or you wish to add more video recordings. The cost of replacing existing videos are included in your monthly subscription. Additional videos will be added to your monthly subscription.
