My Legacy Message is a service that delivers a video message recorded by you to your loved ones upon your passing. It makes sure that you are remembered on your terms. The service provides an unexpected keepsake to your loved ones to help with the grieving process and allows them to remember you, in your own words, and gives them the opportunity to share with their children and their children’s children. The messages ensures that your personalised legacy can live on long after you’ve passed away.

What is involved in the Set up meeting?
Meet online to discuss which service option is most appropriate for you. We will obtain your methods of contact – email and phone number, and two separate relatives and/or friends contact details for the annual check-in service. We will then send out confirmation of service and obtain authorisation to contact your nominated friends or family members.

How will my information be stored?
Your videos will be stored in 3 separate places to ensure a copy is always maintained. All videos will be stored in 2 independent secure Cloud Storage sites, and also on an external hard drive in a fireproof safe. Storage costs are included in your subscription.

What happens if I miss a payment?
Upon renewal of your annual check-in, if payment is unsuccessful, we will retry to debit the following month and contact you to discuss. If unsuccessful for a 3rd attempt, all material will be sent back to you and removed permanently from all secure storage.

After I pass away, when does subscription payments cease?
As soon as we confirm with a family member or friend that you have passed away, video messages will be released, and payments stopped immediately.

Can I change my video recording?
Yes, recording of new videos can be completed at any time. When life changes you may want to update your videos. For example - your kids finish school, you reach a significant milestone, or you wish to add more video recordings. The cost of editing or replacing existing videos is included in your subscription. Additional videos will be added to your monthly subscription cost and billed annually at renewal.
